2025 Columbia County Holiday Angels Application

Qualifications

To qualify for the Columbia County Holiday Angels program, you and your child(ren) must be referred by a Columbia County school, pre-school/daycare, DHS, or church. You must also agree to not accept other Christmas gift donations from other agencies/entities (churches, private groups, etc.) Only one application may be submitted per family. Children ages birth – 13 years will be eligible for Columbia County Holiday Angels.

You also must provide documentation that those children are your dependents (birth certificate, filed taxes, legal guardianship papers, etc.)

Family Code*

Your invitation letter contained a family code. Please enter that code exactly as it appears in your letter in order to authorize your application. If you have multiple children for which you received invitation letters, using any one of the codes will work.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the increased number of children served by Angeltree, gifts will not be wrapped except at the sponsor’s discretion; some wrapping supplies will be available during distribution as supplies last.
